Individual items would make great table favors or "exchange" gifts. Our models were stitched on blue congress cloth using a skein of Wildflowers and a spool of Kreinik #4 braid along with Mill Hill beads. However, the pattern converts simply to 18-count canvas. You would need to choose a skein of Watercolours rather than the Wildflowers and Kreinik #8 braid rather than the #4 braid for good coverage on 18 count. The beads are optional, but if you choose to use them be sure to use regular beading thread for attaching them. After all, you will be using these accessories over and over, right? The extra security of the beads will be a good thing.
