Imperial Topaz

One of the goals of this design is to teach you a method of using a hand-dyed thread. In this instance it is a 12-strand silk so you can color-match various design elements. Another goal is to make you comfortable with thread blending so that you can increase your shading palette beyond the shades readily available in cards or skeins.
