This is the perfect time to celebrate our patriotism and what could be more fitting than the American flag? Long May It Wave is an easy bargello design that is a wonderful piece of Americana. You can stitch your flag in the colors we listed, but they are just suggestions. This design can be worked in a variety of canvas sizes and using a variety of threads. Try stitching with other values of the colors to produce an antique, weathered look, a faded look or even rainbow shades. The idea is just to have fun with this little patriotic project.
